Josh D. Hammond Filmmaker

As a graduate of UNSW with a Bachelor of Media (Screen & Sound Production) and an indie filmmaker who has been fortunate to hone their craft on the streets of Sydney, I am proud to possess expertise in multiple roles behind the camera.

As a freelance videographer, I have captured archival and promotional footage for live music events and performing arts companies across NSW and the ACT. Working with a Black Magic Cinema Camera (6KG2), my approach to live performance capture is versatile, with a strong focus on catering the final product to the tone of the piece and the client’s own vision.

Furthermore, I have generated content in both social spot and music video format for singer-songwriters in Sydney, including local artist Charli Lucas, who launched her most recent EP in 2025 utilising multiple short and long-form videos we generated for her online marketing. Every artist has their own distinct brand and style, as a freelance filmmaker and content creator, I relay that brand.
